Our answer might surprise you, but the best time of year to sell your home is when you are ready. We are always prepared to sell your home for top dollar, and you should be too. There are times of the year (in the spring and summer) that people believe is a better time to sell than the rest of the year. While it's true the market is more active at these times, it's also more crowded. A lot of people are buying and selling in the spring, which inflates the numbers and makes it seem like the best time to sell.
